Ingredients:
- 4 ounces chicken (cut into cubes)
- 1 package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 package refrigerated dinner rolls
- 2 tsps flour
- 2 tsps parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees (or cooking time on package of dinner rolls)
- Heat chicken stock in a skillet on the stove top to a light boil
- Place cubed chicken in stock, cook 4-5 minutes
- Add entire package of frozen vegetables to skillet, cook 4-5 mins
- Add entire can of soup, and 2 tsp flour (to thicken) and stir
- Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
- Divide mixture evenly into 4 ramekin cups and top each with 1 - 1 1/2 dinner rolls, sprinkle 1/2 tsp parmesan cheese on each
- Place in preheated oven until rolls are golden brown on the edges, 10-12 mins
This one got rave reviews from Bryan, my in-house taste tester... even after he had convinced himself he wouldn't like them! Let me know if you try them out.
